Four rules for a healthy you..

1.Kula vizuri.
Kuna msemo wa muda mrefu wa wataalamu wa lishe usemao sisi ni tunachokula (we are what we eat) ,kula vizuri sio kula sehemu nzuri zenye gharama, kula vizuri ni kula chakula chenye virutubisho vyote Kwa wastani..ikiwemo wanga, protini, vitamini..mboga za majani , maji ya kutosha..chakula bora ni kinga y magonjwa..ni bora kuwekeza kwenye chakula bora..kuliko gharama za matibabu...

2. Mazoezi ya mwili
Mazoezi yanajenga kinga ya mwili ..yanaimarisha mifumo mingi kwenye mwili wa binaadamu, na kupunguza mawazo..hufanya hata ubongo ufikirie haraka..sio lazima kujiunga na gym ya gharama ..kama utakua na uwezo na muda wa kujiunga na gym ni vizuri, Ila kama utashindwa mazoezi ya kukimbia , kujog kutembea nusu saa kila siku yatabadilisha mfumo wa maisha yako , Kuna baadhi ya madaktari wamediriki kusema mazoezi ni lazima Kwa kila mwanadamu.

3. Kubadili mfumo wa maisha.
Kupunguza matumizi ya pombe .uvutaji wa sigara , kupata usingizi wa kutosha angalau masaa saba usiku.yatabadilisha maisha yako.

4.Usafi.
Upigaji mswaki angalau mara mbili Kwasiku, usuguaji mguu Mara mbili kwa siku na kupaka mafuta baada..kuziweka nywele katika usafi, kuoga angalau mara mbili kwa siku na lingine ni kuujali uso .
